TPSC was established on the basis
of the concept of a virtual college. In order to cope with
the changing needs of the public service, the college has
a flexible strategy on harnessing and using its resources
to deliver services in terms of qualified and experienced
manpower, on one hand, and training facilities on the other.
TPSC’S Professional

TPSC draws its research, training
and development expertise from three sources:

Consultants
- Consultants and partners
in collaborating institutions
