1.Entry Qualification for Basic Technician Certificate (BTC) Courses - NTA level 4
- Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form IV) with at least Four (4) passes excluding religious subjects.
- Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form IV) with at least two passes and having NVA level 3 certificate in the relevant field of study.
- Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form IV) with at least two passes and having NVA level 2 certificate (this is applicable only in Secretarial Studies programme).
Duration for certificate programmes (NTA Level 4): two semesters (one year)
2.Entry Qualification for Technician Certificate (TC) Courses - NTA level 5
- Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form Six) with at least one principal pass in non-religious subjects [this qualification is applicable for Secretarial Studies only]
- Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form Six) with at least one principal pass and one Subsidiary excluding religious subjects. This is applicable for the following programmes;
- Public Administration.
- Human Resource Management.
- Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form Six) with at least one principal pass and two subsidiary subjects in non-religious subjects [this qualification is applicable for Procurement and Supply Programme only]
- Certificate of secondary education with Basic Technician Certificate ( NTA level 4) in relevant courses recognized by NACTVET [Note that, relevant entry qualifications for NTA Level 4 will be applicable prior to evaluation of one's qualifications to NTA Level 5 using NTA Level 4 criteria]
- Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Form IV) and National vocation Award (NVA) level 3 [this qualification is applicable in in Secretarial Studies only].
Duration of NTA Level 5: two semesters (one year)
3.Entry Qualification for Ordinary Diploma NTA level 6
- Certificate of secondary education with Technician Certificate (NTA level 5) in relevant courses recognized by NACTVET [Note that, relevant entry qualifications for NTA Level 4 will be applicable prior to evaluation of one's qualifications to NTA Level 6 using NTA Level 5 criteria]
Duration of NTA Level 6: two semesters (one year)
4.Entry Qualification for Degree Programmes
- Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in relevant courses recognised by NACTVET with a GPA of not less than 3.0
- Form Six with at least two principal passes in Principal subjects.
Duration of the course: three years
